A fun drink to start a fun weekend! đ» @fathersbrewing brings a clean, crisp American lager thatâs perfect for a sunny Friday afternoon. Made with organic ingredients and brewed locally in California, itâs quickly becoming a house favorite.
đ Chicken Tenders Recipe:
Marinade: Buttermilk, hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Breading: All purpose flour, corn flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Glaze: Butter, fresh garlic, hot sauce, and honey.
Recipe:
Marinate your chicken for at least 4 hours. Remove the chicken from the marinade.
Coat the chicken with the breading mixture. Press the breading firmly onto the chicken until all sides are fully coated.
Fry in hot oil at 350°F until golden brown and crispy.
Meanwhile, add all the glaze ingredients to a pot and cook for 2 minutes.
Dip the fried chicken into the glaze and enjoy it hot with your drink of choice.
