Over the last year or so, serious movements deep within the Bay Area underground have begun to the change the tides of control. A changing of the guards if you will. . Jungle, once relegated to the dark corners of the underground, have now taken root and is growing with a relentless approach, and no sign of letting up. Tapping into the underground elements, and taking a guerilla approach that has proven to not only work, but CONNECT scenes, one underground at a time. . Within those shadows, four Junglists have banded together, forming a rag-tag crew of renegades...FATCAP. . Running with the big dogs is how she got her chops in the Jungle. Utilizing a deep bag of selections sure to seduce all party goers to the dancefloor. You know when Soba is in da house. . @m27underground (The Mastermind) Working from deep within the underground, M27 has formulated the plan and methods of attack. Training in the fields has hardened him, taking the most direct approach possible. Do not underestimate the power of the mind, and the spirit of the underground. . @nobelfilth (The Badmon) Truly wicked is this one. From da deep jungles of the Bay Area, NobelFilth is strictly for Junglists. Amens, and sinewaves are his specialty, lighting up the floor like a blunt in rotation. Prepare yourself when he hits the decks to brock out!!! . @keishaboy2000 (The Wildcard) You truly never know what you're gonna get when KB2000 hits the floor. With a wide range of styles and the experience to prove it, KB2000 stands on business. Trained heavily in jungle combat under the wing of M27, he has proven time and time again to deliver, whether you are ready or not. . This Friday...Take a Stand With Us Against Genocide Join us for a fundraiser in celebration of volume 2 of the charity compilation Jungle Against Genocide. APRIL 3 AT @f8sf @pc0three and @fatcapsound are going to be hosting a benefit for @thepcrf and celebrating Vol. 2 of the Jungle Against Genocide compilation. It goes without saying that music and politics are always intertwined, to say otherwise is, at this point, willful denial. Jungle music is carved out of black immigrant experience, and the struggle to excavate oneself out from under the boot of supremacy, dehumanization, and colonial power-- especially with creative expression-- is a crucial act of resistance with immeasurable power. So in gathering like-minded artists, @pc0three has created a series that honors this tradition in support of one of the most heinous acts of dehumanization and evil we in our generation have been witness to. It did not start in our lifetime but we hope that it will end. All proceeds to this event will go to PCRF, and supporting artists on this lineup are: @pc0three @5thwrld.mp3 @real_pxlwlkr @sirebeez @m27underground @kb2000.upgraded @tinmantetsujin and myself @_sobaworldwide_ Come early and stay late.
