I talk about this with my sister all the time! Even in our 30’s we are only just now learning how to spend our yes’s and no’s more wisely! And already feeling the freedom in living more honestly and boldy. Also, at the top of our list for 2026 is learning how to manage expectations. And maybe then we can get better and saying yes and no! For me, that’s starts and ends with saying yes to God. Hard for now. but totally worth it!
