We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids.
This is a player/coach role. You'll carry your own book of business while helping our inside and outside sales reps find their footing, sharpen their process, and close more confidently. The best version of this job is one where your team's wins feel like yours.
The work itself is tangible. Vehicle wraps, large-format installs, wayfinding systems, branded environments. The kind of stuff you drive past and think, we made that.
We want someone with 5+ years in sales or business development who has led a team before and knows what good coaching actually looks like in practice. Background in signage, print, or something adjacent is a real advantage. EOS experience is a plus.
