Our program was created a little over a year ago and has already grown exponentially. It has been such a blessing to build so many positive relationships with so many amazing parent athletes ,and coaches. To watch these young leaders grow and develop has been nothing short of amazing.
Hit a huge milestone for myself as a second-year runner this past weekend.

Congratulations to Journee Willie on setting both a new Pr in his open 200m (23.27) and his 100m (11.53). Love seeing the progression this young man is showing š„
Two years ago she was running 1:43 in the 400.
Now sheās down to 1:08.
This is what real youth development looks like.
Itās not always pretty in the beginning. The times might not stand out yet and everything may still look raw⦠but with time, consistency, and the right coaching, things start to come together.
Step by step the form sharpens.
The confidence grows.
The times start dropping.
A lot of people want fast results, but real development is built over years, not weeks.
Confidence wins races too.
At some point, every athlete has to believe:
āIām better prepared than the person next to me.ā
Thatās not disrespect.
Thatās competition.
Every parent wants to see their child succeedā¦
but success doesnāt come from perfect races.
It comes from learning, growing, and having the right guidance.

Learning the basics is essential for every youth athlete.
No matter the age or skill level, the foundation always comes first. Long-term development is built through consistent reps, proper technique, and learning how to move the right way before chasing results.
