We are hiring! We are seeking highly motivated Administrative Assistant and scheduling coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have experience in A/R, a working knowledge of Quickbooks, proficient in Excel as well as other administrative duties as assigned. Scheduling appointments of our irrigation division is part of the position with scheduling intensely in spring and fall. Answering phones, taking materials orders as needed, processing of receipts for our mulch & loam company and time tracking of jobs. This is a fast-paced environment where we all work together to the benefit of our customers.
Scheduling experience is a plus with scheduling software and or eagerness to learn. Communicate effectively and courteously with customers.
This is a part time- full time position 30+ hours in season (season is March through November) Pay is based on experience and possible benefits.
