H A T H O R // leather sofa and travertine tables for @trnknyc The travertine bases call to mind a partnership between equal halves, twisting and fitting together like puzzle pieces to support the glass tabletop. These tables balance substantial curves with defined edges, a negotiation between weight and air. A long, low sofa with generous curves lifting into a floating back, the Hathor sofa reduces solid weight into soft levity in a grounded form. The rich ivory leather offers easy, organic seating to sink into contemplation or conversation. Photography by @brookeholm all whites by: @graymattersnyc @loewe @sayakadavis

Honored to be part of @the_Orb_ debut in Milan as part of @openhousemagazine exhibition “Obsessions: A Self Portrait”. Curated by @pernille.vest , the installation brings together pieces by Farrah Sit, @Jakub_Kubica248 , @oniszh , @Uncommon_design  and @Arthur_Vallin_ creating a quiet conversation between forms, materials, and shared sensibilities. The exhibition explores the fine line between passion and obsession—and the people who inhabit that space. Rooted in the theme of Openhouse Issue 25, the installation brings together a series of works arranged into ten sets, reflecting how our personal fixations shape and reveal who we are. See you there! MAILLAGE. Had the privilege of working with JVLN Studio to create a custom iteration at @lovehouseny . Designed as an expandable network of open links that rotate and emit a glow from within. Slim and concise, it’s intended to hover just above the floor, offering an architectural presence. #lighting #bespokelighting #collectibledesign #sculpturallighting

Maillage pendant at @lovehouseny Playing with dualities of heft and lightness, infinity and constraint, the sculptural pendant is set in a state of anticipatory suspension. The light hovers unnaturally low to the ground, allowing viewers to experience each link’s inherent senses of tension up close. The attenuated, multi-component forms are intentionally elongated to create a continuous-feeling presence in vertically-vacant interior spaces. Thus the chain, often used for constraint, now offers a counterintuitive sensation of lightness. Each link, a complete sculptural form in itself, is used as a rotating component to reflect a soft, diffused light, satisfying a harmonious, formal alignment. Named after the French term maillage, describing interlocking units forming a coherent structure, similar to a mesh while related to chain mail. #design #interiordesign #lighting #pendant #chandelier
