the other day in Jens’ workshop @jel_instrumenter was a bigbigbig day 💫 it was the day where we could try the new born with strings on for the first time - 6 of them! normally it’s 4 on a cello - and hear how this instrument sounds ! we actually haven’t been able to have any idea of how it would sound since the beginning of the project 3 years ago… and it’s full of sound ! ❤️🔥
this instrument has been a 7-year-old wish and a 3-year-in-progress project with the truely incredible artist and instrument builder Jens Erik Larsen that was realized there 🐚🦉❤️
in about 1 week or 2 it will be upgraded with no less than 3 pickups, so another big day is waiting for us to hear how it will be when it’s amplified.
