This is an old pic of them, missing a few....
Ten years ago today we marched forth. We went down to the Beverly Hills courthouse and got hitched. Loved ones wore flowers, brought empanadas, witnessed, took us to lunch, and created a magical campsite in our backyard for our wedding night..
It was a special start to our marriage.
We went on to exchange vows in Italy a month later and then celebrate with weekend of fun in Chicago in June that year, but more about that later. March 4th was the start of it all, and today, despite both being under the weather, we made sure to honor some sweet traditions born that day.... I was able to pick ranunculus that I had planted with friends. Couldn't source fresh lilacs, but was able to find a beautiful pop up paper bouquet...we ate empanadas and Mexican wedding cookies and I wore my dress again...and while we will not be sleeping out of our doors tonight, I did get an excellent nap in our Rialta this afternoon....

That was fun! Thank you to every body that pulled up to the card and wrapping paper stamping workshop yesterday! It was a beautiful golden afternoon at @musicbox.village and I loved witnessing all the creativity and enthusiasm y'all brought to the tables!
