📧 Imagine waking up one Tuesday morning to receive an email saying: “Hey! We played your track, @faradaysg - ‘Most of the Time, I Think of The Afterlife’ on @bbcradio1 - Introducing Rock with @alyxholcombe ” ✨ S T U N N I N G ✨ 🤯 Never in my wildest dream did I think this was possible but it happened TWICE - the largest broadcast to date. ‘Masses’ was played last week & I still can’t wrap my head around it. From a whole @faradaysg feature on @walao.radio in New Zealand to getting played on national radio in Singapore to MEANT2B bringing the house down @themidweekmosh , it has been such a privilege working with music that I love. I battle with imposter syndrome all the time but I always think about the women that have inspired me on this journey. Alyx has always championed underground bands even before her BBC Radio 1 radio show. & I remember watching Nelly @pluggingbiatch interview on @uprawrpodcast and how she had to pitched @architects ‘Gravedigger’ This month has took me out in many ways but it has also reminded me of the why 🫶🏼

⚡ FARADAY (SINGAPORE)— GUARANTEED NOMINEES • VIMA MUSIC AWARDS 2026 The sonic storm rising from Singapore has officially been acknowledged. Alternative metal/post-hardcore powerhouse Faraday have been confirmed as Guaranteed Nominees at the VIMA Music Awards 2026 in the categories: 🏆 Best Band 🎸 Best Rock Song 🎤 Best Vocalist 🤝 Best Collaboration Recognized for the tracks: Grief’s Embrace, Morpheus, Wheel of Time (feat Fruzz, Vikkash) & Most of The Time, I Think of The Afterlife, Faraday continue to prove why they stand among Southeast Asia’s most compelling heavy acts. Formed over a decade ago, the five-piece outfit has forged a signature sound that merges crushing riffs, soaring melodies, and atmospheric electronics — a cinematic sonic identity that feels both nostalgically anthemic and strikingly futuristic. Their 2026 EP DELIRIUM marks a defining milestone: the first chapter of an ambitious conceptual trilogy inspired by The Sandman, culminating in a full-length album titled Endless. Centered on the chaotic psyche of the character Delirium, the record dives into fractured identity, cosmic melancholy, & emotional turbulence through 4 immersive tracks. International media have praised the band’s immense sonic scale, declaring their sound goes toe-to-toe in quality with bands one hundred times their size. 🎧 VIMA 2026 SUBMISSIONS NOW OPEN! 📅 Feb 1 – Mar 17, 2026 🎵 Eligible releases: 2020–2026 💥 FREE ENTRY 🎼 Categories (13) Pop • Rock • Hip-Hop • Dance/Electronica • Genrebender • AI Song • Chinese Song • Indian Song • Vocalist • Collaboration • Band • World Music/Ethnic • Music Video 📩 How To Submit Email: [email protected] Subject: VIMA 2026 / [Artist Name] Include: • Song links (Spotify/Youtube, Bandcamp) • Artist profile / EPK • Social media handles • Target category 🌍 The VIMA Ecosystem Nominees enter a regional-to-global gateway connecting Southeast Asian artists to: 🎪 International festival circuits 🤝 Brand partnerships 🛍 Merchandising opportunities 🎬 Film & TV sync placements 🌍 Media Partners 📻 Pelangi FM (Brunei) 📰 Rentak Sejuta 👑 Muzik HipHop Lokal 🌐 www.vima.global 📘 /vimamusicawards
