Francesca is a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, community builder, and advocate who is deeply committed to supporting and uplifting women at every stage of their journey. Her work is rooted in compassion, intention, and a genuine desire to create safer, more empowering experiences within healthcare. During Black Maternal Health Week and in her everyday practice she uses her voice to raise awareness, promote equity, and advocate for patient-centered, respectful care. She understands the importance of being seen, heard, and protected, and carries that responsibility with purpose in every space she enters. Through Beyond Nursing Experience Inc., she extends her impact beyond the bedside creating spaces for connection, community, and empowerment for healthcare professionals and the communities she serves. If you’re waiting to feel 100% ready before starting what God has called you to do, you may never begin. There will always be a reason to wait, always something that feels unfinished but sometimes, you have to move anyway. The truth is, the fear doesn’t fully go away when you’re stepping into the unknown. But when there’s an idea or calling you can’t shake, you have to let that conviction be louder than your fear.
