Yesterday I got to experience install/opening day with my parents and niece 🥹 Their first ever art show and the first time they attend an exhibition of mine 🥹. Papi helped me with the install and mami brought the vibes lol also made me wear very uncomfortable shoes lolll I’m not as girly as she is 😹. I started crying as my niece walked up to me a young woman 🥹 she will always be my baby. Sharing my art is special but sharing it with my family was next level. As all my immigrants know - making our family proud is all we dream about it. Seeing my parents walk around looking at art was everything. GRACIAS DIOS 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️🍀🍀🍀🍀

NYC has long felt like home to me. Its energy, chaos, and beauty continue to inspire the way I see and capture the world.
