Hey all! We have some great news to share. Us along with some others get the opportunity to play an opening set at the historic Ryman Auditorium, a week from today. Jason Isbell has given us the opportunity to open for him (and the 400 Unit) in front of a sold out audience. We get to perform an entirely original set, with songs written by Silas Hutton, Ainsley Donegan, Daisy Tingley, and Ana Hernandez. Further our band also features Glancy Piper, Rylan Kent, Oliver Self, Sawyer Clark, and Abbott Pruitt.
Thank you to Jason Isbell for giving us this moment, and thank you to Mr. Ryan Murphey and Nashville School of the Arts for opening these doors for us.
Song is “Cast Iron Skillet” by Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit
A Song A Day: Day 18
Jackson Station: Band Of Heathens
With today being the last day of the festival, we thought it was only fitting to cover a song by a band we had the honor of hearing over the course of the last two week, the only right choice being Band Of Heathens.
All that being said, another late post, but we are packed and ready to leave the festival tomorrow morning and begin the thousand mile drive back to Tennessee. Thanks for following along, and stay tuned for any updates from the three of us.
Kerrville over, 18 days, 18 songs, thank you all.
