Benita joins Falls as Restaurant Manager, bringing more than a decade of hospitality experience from some of Scotland’s most respected dining scenes across Glasgow, Edinburgh and St Andrews, including roles within Michelin-starred establishments such as Lyla. Passionate, driven and adaptable, she thrives in the energy of fast-paced restaurant service and leads by example to inspire and empower her team. Excited to be part of Orry’s vision, she looks forward to helping shape the guest experience at Falls and play a key role in establishing it as a fine dining destination in the heart of Royal Deeside.
