Unless youāve been living under a rock you will have seen @phoebejmcd / @thepinterior explosive unveiling of her lovely flat in @theststyle mag on Sunday. We donāt have a vast whirring PR machine operating behind us so itās a real treat to see our work (kitchen, bookshelves and vanity units) come out so well in print. A huge thanks to Phoebe for being a wonderful client and having great taste. If you ever do up another house - you know where to find us⦠Great photos by @horwoodphoto š

We're looking for two people to join our growing (and lovely!) team in Wandsworth - a Kitchen Design Project Manager (maternity cover, with commission and potential to go permanent) and a Project & Marketing Coordinator Intern (perfect for a graduate or early-career candidate who loves interiors, organisation and great content).
If you're interested - or know someone who'd be a great fit, we'd love to hear! Full details at /jobs or email [email protected]. Thank you!
Kitchen marble installation day was a treat!
I was on the hunt for the perfect green marble to match the walnut wood kitchen cabinets and finally settled on the Verde Tinos, marble that originates from Tinos, the Greek Island.
I love the shine and sparkle that the polished green marble emits and the web like texture makes it a forgiving marble to use as a kitchen worktop. In other words, any stains or marks will be less noticeable on this marble.

Every one of our kitchens is a bespoke, hand made work of considered craftsmanship. Every panel and every door is built with purpose and harmony in mind. Weāre very proud of our cabinetry and our designs. It is a big shame that Angus isnāt very good at looking natural in front of a camera though.

Loveliest of trees, the cherry now
Is hung with bloom along the bough,
And stands about the woodland ride
Wearing white for Eastertide.

Our Redland kitchen was one of our favourites last year.
Built tough enough for a working chef, yet polished enough to grace a magazine cover. Strength and style, side by side.
Our wonderful clients checked in 12 months post-installation to let us know itās still as good as ever - proof that a Fallow kitchen isnāt just beautiful, it stands the test of time.
And if any editors happen to be reading⦠weāre ready for our close-up. Just donāt forget to tag us. š

A Hand Painter's Tale
Itās more durable. More sustainable. And it creates a depth and texture you simply canāt fake.
If youāre making a kitchen by hand, it only feels right to finish it by hand too.
It also makes it much easier to touch up when your toddler flies into it at full pelt on his scooter with zero care for the time, effort and money thatās gone into itā¦. But we love them anyway. š¤

At Fallow HQ, weāre usually flat out designing and building beautiful kitchens - the kind you actually want to spend time in.
So busy, in fact, that finding time to rustle up something healthy can feel like a luxury.
Which is why it was such a joy to spot one of our favourite Fallow kitchens featured in Quick Wins, the brilliant new cookbook by Ella Mills ( @DeliciouslyElla ). Seeing our space as the backdrop to such delicious, nourishing recipes? Proper pinch-us moment.
Beautiful kitchens š¤ beautiful food.

Weāve just (gently) unleashed our latest newsletter into the world.
We only pop into your inbox every couple of months. No spam. Just kitchens, design thinking and the occasional behind-the-scenes moment.
This edition features our interview with Phoebe McDowell, Head of Interiors at The Sunday Times Style. It's a short, incisive peek at her kitchen, her style choices, what inspires her⦠and why she chose us. Did we mention that? š¤
