new menu is centered on egyptian home cooking. from baba’s childhood to my brother omar’s… macarona bechamel is a family fav symbolic of egypt’s dynamic history, and mama would always have hers with a side of chili oil ;) every moment of wrapping warak enab is a memory where friends, aunties, and baba gather round to share stories and laughter, our hands pungent with brine, steadily layering up the jumbo pot with delicate bundles of rich, savory, earthy tartness.
