In our short film, Hold Fast, the words of Sheila Ivy Traister are at the heart of our story. However, a short poem by Langston Hughes is not only the basis for our title, but also the underlying theme. I was introduced to it in April of 1990 on this very postcard sent to me by a dear friend @cscicchi and these words have been in my life ever since. Hold Fast to everything and everyone close to your heart. By giving them love you give them life to fly.

It's the end of principal photography and the beginning of post-production.
