We’ve been busy pumping over our Cabernet and Shiraz this week after harvesting tonnes of amazing grapes! 🍇
🌟 Friday Fun Fact: During fermentation, you pump the juice from the bottom of the tank over the cap (the skins, seeds, etc. that float to the top). It helps with colour, tannin extraction, and keeping the cap wet. 😍

Local Vans🍉🍔🍕will be on site serving some delicious food at Fallen Giants which sits at the base of the Grampians (Gariwerd) National Park, with stunning views and a picturesque setting.📸
