Proud to be part of MoshPit Bar’s birthday celebrations this coming Sunday. MoshPit is the premiere example of the little venues that are essential to our scene health. For a lot of bands, and for we Faking Clever nearly 3 years ago, their stage was the first Sydney stage we graced, and last year was host to our first headline shows, because they believe in us. So thank you to everyone who has kept the place running for the last 9 years, looking forward to many more gigs there.
Ohhh-oh we’re going southbound! Catch Garry David and Faking Clever at a venue near you this upcoming June long weekend. We’ll be hitting Diamond Dogs in Dapto on the Friday night then taking a leisurely stroll across the border into Dissent Bar, Canberra on the Sunday. Hope to see you all there!
RIPPER WEEKEND INCOMING:
The Bullshit Enterprise is going GLOBAL (Sydney and Newcastle). We’ve got two ripper shows lined up for Friday and Saturday that you just HAVE to go to.
Friday 17/4 supporting @fakingclever with @yrsamachelessen at the @moshpit.bar
Saturday 18/4 supporting @bacardi_b_rian with @roydonkjams at the @kingstreetnewcastle
It’s gonna be hectic, and sweaty, and someone might start leaking green. Come on down to one of the shows.

Supported by the excellent Phase II and Blake & Kodi #sydneymusic #australianmusic #indiemusic #beer #sisyphus
JUST ANNOUNCED - Beloved inner west institution MOSHPIT BAR will be exhibiting the fresh new artists that will surely one day define this decade in music’s history books.
Lauded by their contemporaries and their forebears alike, FAKING CLEVER will once again deliver their unique brand of “neo-post-jangle-cow-punk-revival” on the stage where it all started.
Rock outfit PHASE II return to the stage after their smash hit debut that was the talk of the town in early January. With punchy hooks, biting social commentary and a bass guitarist described as “the best thing to come out of Italy since pasta”.
BLAKE & KODI are opening up the pit with their catchy musical comedy set. Hailed as “the next Flight of the Conchords” by punters and “very nice boys” by people’s mums these up and comers are ones to claim you were a day one fan of.
Egads! It’s a week after New Years miracle! Faking Clever with mates Garry David and Phase II kick off a year of gigs at the Trocadero Room on the 8th of January. And best of all, it’s free entry! Come have a drink and celebrate the first 7 days of 2026 with us!
