Menyambut bulan seram! 🩸 Udara dingin Halloween sudah mulai terasa, dan ini waktu yang tepat untuk memamerkan salah satu proyek passion saya di bidang digital imaging beberapa bulan lalu.
Saya berkesempatan menggarap portfolio poster film horor-komedi berjudul Gerbang Setan, sebuah produksi dari Setiaone Vision Jakarta yang telah tayang di bioskop pada tanggal 17 Juli 2025.
Target utama dari desain poster ini adalah menciptakan visual yang kuat dan mencekam, terutama untuk karakter ikonik ‘Hantu Sulis’. Saya sengaja menonjolkan karakternya seperti pada film horor yang sudah-sudah, namun dengan sentuhan digital imaging yang lebih gelap dan detail.
Prosesnya sangat menantang dan seru! Untuk mencapai kesan yang sangat nyata, saya menggunakan komposisi digital yang intens, mengaplikasikan detail darah palsu yang terlihat mengalir dan efek dramatic lighting yang menonjolkan tekstur serta kedalaman mata si hantu. Setiap layer diolah sedemikian rupa agar penonton langsung merasakan aura horor begitu melihatnya.
