For friends, from friends. Story time muna. Earlier this year, we were invited to open for one of our favorite bands, Oh, Flamingo! Unang gig namin yon, wala pa talaga kaming recorded material as a band. We recorded our debut EP on three Saturdays in August and decided on a whim to throw a launch party. Inisip namin, wala namang mawawala kung lalangawin, tutal families and friends naman namin yung balak imbitahin. Maka-50 people lang masayang-masaya na kami. We gathered some of our closest friends to make a spartan prod. We envisioned a dream lineup composed of our friends from the scene, all of whom we were huge fans of. We were expecting a modest turnout since it was a Sunday show on a busy month. We were surprised to see Mow's jam-packed with people, old and new friends, families and loved ones, even complete strangers. Thank you to everyone who came to the show, all 128 of you (and possibly more). Thank you to @austri.austri @weareimaginary @warptenph @tidalph and @devicesph for accepting our invitations to play their wonderful music.
