Copenhagen craft meets American vision.
Founded by Benjamin Ahearn and Camilla Dahl, BACD Studio creates furniture that bridges traditions through material and process. Each piece is designed and made in-house, with a focus on solid wood, traditional joinery, and the quiet presence of the maker’s hand. Built to be lived with, and to age gracefully.
Collection available at FAIR.
Milan Design Week, through a quieter lens. Beyond the scale and spectacle, a consistent thread emerges from the perimeter. Material honesty. Sculptural restraint. A return to pieces that endure.
From Danish modern foundations at Triennale Milano to new explorations in light, form, and softness across the city, these are the moments shaping what comes next. We’re following closely, and bringing this perspective back to FAIR. Discover more in our latest edit.
As the light shifts and the days grow longer, there is a natural pull outdoors. A moment to reset the space around you.

GATHERING | Hard Hats & Cocktails
The Hudson Company warmly invites you to Hard Hats & Cocktails on March 4th as part of Legends @design.losangeles
From the Hudson Valley to Los Angeles, we’re bringing a bit of East Coast character with us and opening the doors before the walls are even up. Pull on a hard hat, wander the space in progress, grab a New York style slice, and sip a Hudson Valley beer while getting an insider look at what we’re building in LA. Consider this your official sneak peek before the paint dries and the sawdust settles.
We look forward to seeing you at our new location:

An exciting new chapter in creative partnership begins April 2026!
In the spaces where we sleep and restore, considered furnishings in natural materials anchor our daily rituals with quiet refinement, balancing proportion, materiality, and craftsmanship with beauty and longevity.
Founded in spring 2016, Eikund brings together some of the most significant Norwegian furniture designs from the 1950s and 1960s under one brand. The collection is the result of an ongoing search for forgotten icons from Norway’s design legacy—carefully reissued for a contemporary audience.
Featuring works by Fredrik A. Kayser, Torbjørn Afdal, Sigurd Resell, Sven Ivar Dysthe, and Torbjørn Bekken, each piece is produced to the highest standards of craftsmanship and longevity. Rooted in Nordic modernism, Eikund prioritizes quality, enduring design, and thoughtful material choices, with a clear commitment to minimizing environmental impact.
Designed in 1957, the Japan Sofa distills Finn Juhl’s philosophy into its most restrained form. At first glance, it feels almost ascetic. Look closer, and the nuance reveals itself.
The solid horizontal back rail, resting on gently tapered legs, draws inspiration from traditional Japanese temple gates. A subtle concave detail introduces tension and softness, reflecting Juhl’s belief that the smallest deviations often carry the greatest expression.
Available as a lounge chair, footstool, two-seater, and three-seater, the Japan Sofa remains a study in balance: simple, functional, and quietly elegant.
This version features an oak frame and Moonlight sheepskin upholstery.
A look back at some new work at FAIR.
Over the past year, we welcomed a range of new voices, from individual makers to established studios and brands, whose work reflects a shared commitment to craft, material integrity, and enduring form. From first-time New York presentations to long-admired studios and brands, each new collaborator has deepened the conversation at FAIR.
As we enter 2026, we look forward to deepening these relationships and continuing to introduce rigorously made work grounded in thoughtful design and craftsmanship.

The JK 710 Skater Chair by Jørgen Kastholm (1968) is Danish modern at its most confident: a single, continuous shell poised on a light, chrome-plated steel frame that seems to hover above the floor.
Upholstered in curly sheepskin, the chair’s crisp geometry softens into something tactile and inviting. The dense, natural pile adds warmth and depth, creating a beautiful contrast with the Skater’s clean, graphic silhouette.
Produced by Lange Production and available through FAIR in several leather and sheepskin options to fit your project. DM us or contact your sales representative for detail.
