Fundador y director creativo de Fail Fast, un estudio global de diseño de experiencias que se fundamenta en la ambición de crear ideas audaces, prototipos rápidos y narrativas con significado. Desde la fundación del estudio, Ian ha escalado el equipo de 2 a cerca de 100 creativos multidisciplinares, y actualmente colaboran con marcas como Nespresso, Pandora, HP, Bacardi, Caixabank y Repsol.
Como líder de diseño, su filosofía se centra en romper la falsa división entre creatividad y tecnología, diseñando experiencias que van más allá de las métricas superficiales. Ian impulsa una cultura en la que la experimentación es vital, el fracaso se entiende como un camino hacia la innovación real y las ideas se construyen para emocionar a las personas, y no solo para convertirlas en clientes.

This was 2025 at Fail Fast! 🙌
A year of hard work with projects in motion and a lot happening at the same time. We designed, shared and learned (yes, we failed too) along the way, between Power Ups, team meetings, workshops and events across different locations. 🤝
And of course... we also made time to stop, celebrate, and reconnect at afterworks 🫂

A few days ago, the Fail Fast team celebrated FFFestival in the countryside. Yes, our own weekend festival designed for ourselves and for team building 🎉
Zip lines, orienteering, brain games, a workshop, musical bingo, a masked ball, games, good food and (of course) lots of fun!
🫂🔋In other words, we recharged our batteries 100%. The problem? We can’t wait for next year to arrive so we can celebrate the next one!

✋ Stop... we need a moment to process everything that has been dropped at Adobe Experience Makers Connect Madrid.
With @iangehlhaar ’s talk, we have gone deep into how AI is changing the rules of the game and what happens when users don’t talk to you, but to your agents (yes, those robots that are more powerful than your boss 🤖). We talked about invisible experiences, the great dragon of commoditisation (the one that devours you if your if your value proposition only offers speed or efficiency 🐲) and how agents are the segment with the most potential.
In fact, Ian Gehlhaar Prat made it clear: “The next big disruption is no longer on the screen. It’s in its absence. And AI is its driving force”.
