Yesterday Michelle and I watched the 1926 silent version of Ben Hur at our local historic theatre on The square. It was immersive and brillaint - made me think how far we've come in 100 years from no sound, erratic b/w film stock, killing horses (and occasionally people) for effects to all digital cgi, age regression technology, AI scripting. What can the next 100 years possibly look like?
