29 Years of mutual existence, partnership, hijinks, hurdles, adventures, creativity, support, curiosity, growth..... This was about 2 years in. Some things haven't changed. Love you @cl0aca
The struggle with syllabus writing procrastination is ongoing! I’m now entering my third year teaching at CSULB and I couldn’t be here without my 3 years of being a Visiting Faculty in Fibers at IU Bloomington. Thanks @carissacarman@rickettsindigo and @melaniecooperpennington in particular for the guidance and support. You and the many fantastic students at IU set the tone for what I now expect from my academic community: curiosity, bravery, compassion, rigor, patience, respect and general badassery.
Sneak peek of my new sculpture in the exhibition Displacing Structures that I curated at Angels Gate Cultural Center Gallery. Opening reception June 22! #angelsgategallery #fafniradamites #contemporarysculpture #contemporarybasketry #contemporarypaper #paperpulp #paperpulpsculpture
