Once upon a time… I was the caretaker of a 1923 wooden Great Northern Caboose x549 in Country Village. It was my music studio and school. We travelled a million miles without ever moving an inch.
So many students, songs, band practice, and epic parties took place in 300sq ft of happiness and magic.
FB reminded me of our farewell in 2019…. My corner window, my perch for songwriting and band leader duties.

Caboosie lives on, fully refurbished, in Tenino, WA.
We still commune from time to time. ♥️ She’s still the prettiest Caboose in all the land. ♥️
Grateful to be forever tangled in her story.
