Otertinden was the final place we stood behind the camera before the long road back from Senja to Tromsø. After days of chasing light through the Arctic north, it felt like Norway saved one last moment for us a quiet winter sunrise wrapping the mountains in fire and silence.

Frozen Veins ~
Our first stop in Lofoten, and nature welcomed us with a sunrise that felt beyond this world.
The frozen ground beneath our feet, fiery skies above, and silence stretching across the fjords — one of those rare moments where everything aligns perfectly for just a few minutes.
Standing there watching the mountains ignite with color felt unreal, as if the Arctic itself was breathing life into the landscape. A reminder of why the journey into the cold is always worth it.

“رحمة بين الكثبان”
في قلب الربع الخالي، حيث الصمت والامتداد اللامتناهي هما القاعدة، ظهرت الحياة بشكل لا يُصدّق… نادر، ومؤقت، لكنه عظيم.
هذه البحيرة ليست من طبيعة المكان، بل هي هدية عابرة، تتشكل فقط عندما تهطل أمطار غزيرة وتجد السيول طريقها إلى هنا، فتوقظ أرضًا طالما ظنّها الكثير ميتة.
انتظرت هذا المشهد عامين كاملين… فكرة كانت تسكن الخيال حتى تحققت أمام العدسة.
وفوق هذا المشهد، يمتد درب التبانة كلوحة أبدية، يراقب هذا التحول الصامت.
تحتَه، تعكس المياه معجزة قصيرة العمر… كأن الأرض والسماء تلتقيان للحظة.
مشهد يهمس بحقيقة عميقة:
أن برحمة الله، تحيا الأرض بعد موتها.
عمل بانورامي من بحيرات الصفا.
“Mercy Between Dunes”
In the heart of the Empty Quarter, where silence and endless sand dunes usually define the land, life appeared unexpected, rare, and fleeting.
This lake is not meant to exist. It forms only when heavy rains and distant floods find their way here, breathing life into what many would call a dead land. For two years, this moment was just an idea, a hope waiting for the right alignment of time, weather, and patience.
Above it all, the Milky Way stretches like a reminder vast, constant, and humbling. Below, a temporary miracle reflects it, as if the Earth and the Sky meet for a brief conversation.
A scene that speaks quietly but powerfully:
That with Allah’s mercy, even the driest land can come alive.

Endless Dominion ~
Ok, so I think this is the last post for 2025. I will be very honest to say that I haven’t really done much of photography this year, life had me really busy with other things such as work and building my car which I am very close to finishing it. Inshallah big plans coming for next year.
