A few simple tips to help give yourself the edge 👇 🏐 Practice under fatigue�Don’t just train wall balls fresh. Add them at the end of workouts so your body learns to perform when tired — just like race day. 🎵Find a rhythm�Smooth and steady always wins. Focus on breathing and timing rather than sprinting through the first few reps and blowing up halfway. 🦵 Use your legs�Wall balls are not just shoulders!
