We’re still buzzing from last night’s podium sweep at #milanocortina2026 😮💨🥇🥈🥉
In what is being widely described as the best Big Air final in history, there’s one thing it proved above all: creativity and freeskiing are forever connected.
Above all, it was a moment that brought together @torm__od , @macforehand and @shyhim_ ; 3 friends of the Collective who respect, care about and ride with each other. Their collaborations extend far beyond the comps, working together on our films such as Sugar Bowl (2025) and Abstract: A Freeski Exhibition (2023).
Much of the field was worthy of gold in their own right. It gets wilder the more you read about it.

SILVER for @eileengu in Olympic Big Air 👑
A dramatic night that started with blizzards ripping across the venue, finished with some of the best women’s Big Air skiing ever seen.
@eileengu came through in the final round with a composed dub 12 tail to lock down silver and cap off an incredible competition.
A big congratulations to @nao.urs , who put down solid switch bio work for 6th, and @liumeng_ting21 , who threw down otherway dub 14s for 7th.
The level was absolutely unreal; dub 16s, switch dub 12s... technical brilliance across the board. The riders brought it.
What a final tonight at #milanocortina2026 🔥
A FULL PODIUM SWEEP 🥇🥈🥉
A truly transformative night for Big Air skiing.
Tormod Frostad (@torm__od ) flew to 95.25 in run one, posting 97.00 in run two. @macforehand , who’d been sitting on two 95s, dropped in for his final run and sent a massive nose butter triple 21 safety that scored 98.25 and moved him into gold position with one skier left to drop. That skier was Torm. He answered with a nose butter double bio 16, absolutely flawless, and scored a breathtaking 98.50 - the highest score of the night. Gold by 2.25 points.
Matej Svancer (@shyhim_ ) claimed bronze with 191.25, throwing carved hand drag triple 19s and switch tail butter triple 21s that had the crowd absolutely losing their minds.
Dylan Deschamps (@dylandeschamps_ ) laid down a truly honorable fight for 7th, displaying true grit for his first Olympics appearance. Dylan stormed into the latter half with a 91 in run two, then sent the biggest triple of the entire night on his last attempt, leaving it all out there.
Through a blizzard that continued into its second night, under the lights, the squad delivered the greatest big air final in history.
Congratulations to all. We’re going to remember this one for a long time.
