Winter is calling… and we’ve answered 🍸❄️
A brand new cocktail menu is landing at Fable Melbourne, built from the ground up with everything we love about the colder months. Think seasonal produce at its peak, bold flavours, and a lineup of spirits from our favourite local distilleries and legends we’re lucky to call friends.
We don’t just make drinks, we craft them. Every pour, every garnish, every detail considered… so you can sit back, look out over the skyline, and let us keep your spirits high.
Launching soon. Stay close.

Good laughs, great snacks, even better views.
We can’t promise the comedians will be funny… but we can promise the food is.
MESA Filipino. One night only. 🍍✨
On March 23, we’re bringing a late-night Filipino supper club to the rooftop, presented by Polestar as part of Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.
Pictured: the “Ube Bae!”
Your cocktail on arrival. A silky blend of lychee, pineapple, Bacardi spiced rum and award-winning ube liqueur. Tropical, a little indulgent, and dangerously easy to drink.
A few tickets remain at $99. Once they’re gone, that’s it.
Melbourne nights, rooftop lights, and something a little different.

Autumn has arrived at Fable Melbourne, and so has our new menu. 🍂
We’ve made a few delicious additions to the menu, including beautiful steaks, crispy cauliflower nuggets, and dishes that celebrate the earthy flavours of the season.
Pictured is our beetroot tartare with ricotta and fresh mint, vibrant, fresh, and beautifully balanced. Earthy sweetness, creamy richness, and a little herbal lift to tie it all together.
Perfect rooftop bites as Melbourne starts to cool down.
