So this post is a little different from my usual ones! I turned 30 earlier this week! And for the first time I decided to make my own cake 😅 it's definitely a milestone birthday and one that required a beautiful cake! I decided to go with a burgundy colour and try out a different technique with velour spray. I then decided the cake needed some texture and added in these textured lines and roses. Making those textured lines took a long time but it was just stunning. Had to add on a little glitter too because I love a touch of sparkle 😊 I usually don't post pics of myself on here but I had to share my moment with you all! Thanks to all my lovely clients for getting me to this point and trusting in my work! Love you all 🥰
Usually don't take custom orders close to Valentine's day but I couldn't say no for this so we are back with another food cake!! This time it is Papaye!!! Everything is edible including the plastic casing for the tissue packet! For dinner tonight we have the grilled thigh take out box with fried rice, coleslaw, shito, and fish kebab. Along with the takeout box, we have the coleslaw cup made edible with its edible plastic cover and the tissue and spoon packet they always give! I really wanted it to have all the details on there so i decided to take it up a notch and make the tissue packet edible too!! I get way too excited with these cakes and try to go the extra mile to make it look as real as possible. My mind was blown when the edible plastic worked, i couldnt stop looking at it 🤣🤣🤣 swipe to have a look at all the details and my edible plastic packet!
