Está fotografía está inspirada en la gran pintura histórica de Thomas Lawrence “Satan Summoning his Legions” el paralelismo que me inspiró a realizar esta foto es que como Lawrence representa a Satan como un hombre esbelto y fornido, lo mismo ocurre con Griffith según su historia posee una belleza casi divina y un carisma que arrastra a otros, pero está impulsado por una ambición que desafía el orden natural y moral.
This photograph is inspired by Thomas Lawrence’s great historical painting “Satan Summoning His Legions.” The parallel that inspired me to take this photo is that, just as Lawrence depicts Satan as a slender and muscular man, the same is true of Griffith. According to his story, he possesses an almost divine beauty and a charisma that draws others in, but he is driven by an ambition that defies the natural and moral order.
