Here's a bit of info on the print from Maxx242:
THE GOLDEN RULE
The Golden Rule or the “Realpolitik” Golden Rule, is a satirical inversion of the ethical "Golden Rule" (treating others as you want to be treated). The quote is widely attributed to the Wizard of Id comic strip by Johnny Hart and Brant Parker, appearing on May 3, 1965.
I took this and gave it a piratical twist to it (I don’t think that’s a word, but yeah… pirates). In old days and the days of the seven seas, when someone passed, it was common practice to place gold coins on their eyes. It was a practical method to keep the eyelids closed after death, and a mythological payment (often called Charon’s obol) for the ferryman to transport the soul across the River Styx into the afterlife.
This illustration was a concept I’ve had for sometime. Taking the quote and the image and putting the two together. To be honest, I’ve always liked this quote since old Jafar said it in Disney’s Aladdin lol. Which is one my favorite Disney animations. I got to visit Dubai last year and it kind of gave me a different view of it…. But that’s a whole other topic 😁
Anyway, I hope you guys like this one, I’m really happy how it came out and really enjoyed the process. Thank you again for all the support 🖤🖤 -Maxx242

Here's some info on the poster from Maxx himself:
I’m super honored that I had the opportunity to create this poster for Metallica’s show in Bucharest, Romania. I wanted to touch on the menacing tale and history of Vlad III, also known as Vlad the Impaler, or Vlad Drakulya.
Vlad’s reign of terror and reputation of cruelty made him the best known ruler of the Romanian lands in Europe. However the connection of Dracula and vampirism first came from Bram Stroker’s Dracula book published in 1897. With all that mentioned I still wanted to focus my piece around the music, tying the lore and the lyrics together. I depicted and ominous fanged skull in the sky overseeing the wrath of the 4 horseman, in the dead of night, they draw nearer, they’ve come to take your life. The tombstone crosses inspired by the Master of Puppets album, and the over all red tone, to match it all, the blood thirst of the impaler, as well as the colors of the albums of the band. I was really happy how this one turned out and that I got to tie these two (cult) classics together.
Thank you!! 🤘🏽😊🧛🏾♂️🖤 -Maxx242

Here's some info on the print directly from Maxx:
MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU!
May the 4th first received an official organized celebration for Star Wars in Toronto in 2011. It was first documented in 1979 on an advertisement in the London evening news by Margaret Thatcher. Then again in 2005 on an ad somewhere. In 2013 Disney began officially celebrating the day at Disneyland and Walt Disney World after purchasing Lucasfilm. Then in 2019 The California State Legislature formally declared May 4th as Star Wars Day.
Although an unofficial holiday, it’s still a day celebrated by many of us nerds! In celebration of, I wanted to create my May print honoring this brilliant space odyssey that has enchanted my childhood and inspired my creative soul. Along with Star Wars Day, May also calendars Cinco De Mayo (which is not Mexico’s Independence Day as many may believe), and Mother’s Day. Mother’s Day is very meaningful to me for many reasons.
With all that said, I tried to create a piece that can celebrate all 3 of these days, focusing on my love for Star Wars or course 😁
I hope you guys enjoy this one, it’s probably my favorite of the series so far. Thank you again for the continued support. Hope you guys enjoy this one! -Maxx242

Happy Alien Day everyone!
In celebration we're releasing these special glow in the dark foil screen prints by artist @maxxer242 and they'll only be available until the end of today (4/26 at 11:59pm Pacific). Here's some words from Maxx242 on the print:
Happy Alien Day!
A few years back, I discovered there was actually an Alien Day! It is an annual celebration held on April 26 (4/26) to honor the Alien sci-fi film franchise, referencing the moon LV-426 from the original 1979 film. This franchise to me is the perfect mix of creativity, sci-fi, horror, character development, and I’ll even say science. The fact that the godfather of biomech was the creator of the Xenomorph and the face hugger (H.R. Giger!🖤) made these movies even more special to me.
I’ve had the honor of painting a mural at San Diego Comic-Con for one of the video game adaptations (see 2nd image), and I’ve even done a few drawings here and there to pay tribute to this day. This is the first time however that I was able to make the time to illustrate and produce a print for this joyous occasion! This is not an official licensed piece, it’s just me being an artist and creating something that I truly enjoy. Well that’s all, hope you guys like it! Thank you!! 🫶🏽 -Maxx242
