This year, we’re proud to continue our partnership with the Fair Chance for Housing Coalition @fairhousing_nyc , bringing their vital message about preventing housing discrimination to NYC subway platforms! 🏠🚇   The Fair Chance for Housing Act has been protecting New Yorkers since 2025, setting clear standards for housing providers: 🔑 Felony convictions older than 5 years cannot be used as barriers to housing. 🔑 Misdemeanor convictions older than 3 years are no longer grounds for denial. 🔑 For more recent records, an individualized review is legally required.   Look out for the campaign on your commute! We’re making sure that renters and buyers know their rights, and all housing providers, brokers and management know the law.   #FairChanceForHousing #NYCHousing #HousingJustice #KnowYourRights #Subway NYC

🚧 Since November, this year’s Nonprofit Co-Lab has been a whirlwind of creativity and strategy. Our seven nonprofits have worked around the clock to move from “idea” to “prototype.” Guided by Havas volunteers and speakers like Cat Addo, Beatriz Lozano (@beatloz ), Charlie Sherman, and Mike Esposito (@mikeespositocfre ), teams have refined their visuals, messaging, and fundraising plans to meet real community needs. With creative feedback from Selman Design (@selman.nyc ) and media insights from The Ad Council (@adcouncil ), these teams are now in the final stretch of refining their creative and campaign strategy for the public eye. Everything they’ve been building culminates on Pitch Day, where our cohort will officially debut their final PSA art and campaign strategies for the first time on March 27th! The Nonprofit Co-Lab is made possible by the New York Community Trust (@thenytrust ), the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs (@nyculture ), and the New York State Council on the Arts (@nyscouncilonthearts ), with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.

📚✏️Every child in New York deserves a high-quality public education, no matter their zip code. Earlier this fall, F.Y. Eye was proud to support the Alliance for Quality Education @aqe_ny in their #ProtectThePromise campaign calling for equitable school funding for all students in New York State. Together, we brought this message to communities across NYC, Buffalo, Rochester, and Albany via bus shelters, billboards, digital ads, and radio placements to help ensure families, educators, and neighbors understood the state’s Foundation Aid formula and joined the movement for fair funding. Because every student should have the resources they need to learn, grow, and thrive. 💛 #FundFairlyEducateEqually #ProtectThePromise #PublicSchools #EquityInEducation #PSA #FYEye
