[About this works] The artist Ezuinhell opposes the kind of language that says, "You can say whatever you want on the Internet, and as long as it looks good, that's all that matters." In this work, I portray today’s "Internet addicts"—those who rely heavily on fancy emojis and newly learned slang without ever speaking in a language of their own. I illustrate their “rotting mouths” by dividing the decay into stages, inspired by Kusōzu (The Seven Stages of Decay). At any moment, I believe, it is you yourself who must decide what you express and how deeply you express it, down to the finest nuance. I hope this piece will shatter the hollow word games that have nothing to do with buzzwords like "diversity," encourage you to reflect, and help you find a word that belongs to you and you alone.
