Another trip around the sun 🎈.. I’d be lying if I said this past year didn’t take a lot out of me mentally. I’ve accomplished so much over the last decade, and I’m proud of the person I’ve had to become to make it this far. I’ve had moments where I didn’t love myself the way I deserved to. Moments where I doubted myself and carried more than people could ever see. But I’m still here growing and still choosing love, even at my lowest.
This chapter is about grace and becoming whole again. It’s the year I stop just working and really start healing. The year I tap into my mental health, reset my spirit, protect my peace and pour the love back into myself that I’ve given so freely to the world.
Here’s to healing out loud, loving myself deeper and walking into this next season with hope. Happy Birthday to me.. My Jesus year 33. 🕊️

Saying goodbye to you was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. You weren’t just my dog you were my son, my best friend, my whole heart. Your eyes were so soulful, like you could see straight into my soul, and I’ll never forget that look. You brought me more love and comfort than words could ever explain.
