3rd Party is a new project from Matt Kowall (AKA @ez__jam ) and electronic music veteran Mark Hawkins, which is abstract Bass-music focused.
This debut outing focuses squarely on updating the early 90s Jungle paradigm with more modern sound design, that additionally draws influence from grime, and other more contemporary sounds, with an attention to maintaining high levels of production, guaranteed to bang any system itβs played on.

The Notion EP on Hot Haus/@uttu.club drops today. I couldn't be more stoked as I got to be involved in the manufacturing of the vinyl all the way from the cutting to the pressing and packing. Big ups to DJ Haus for providing his legendary platform and the freedom to do it completely DIY for this one. Also shout outs to @manmademastering for the cuts and @objectsmanufacturing for pressing. It's now streaming on all platforms and the vinyl can be copped at your favourite record shops π

Here it is. My first EP is finally out today! Unknown To The Unknown/Hot Haus is a label I've respected and supported for many years, so to have done its 100th release is quite the honor.
