Every space tells a story.
ERL's spatial design practice transforms brand ethos into tangible experience, expressing identity through workplaces, hospitality, and installations that feel as intentional as they look.

Designing at scale isn’t about repetition, it’s about creating a system that can evolve.
For LinkedIn’s Sunnyvale HQ, we developed a layered environmental language across two buildings and eight floors, blending signage, murals, artwork, and wayfinding into one continuous experience.
Different voices. Different textures. One cohesive story built for connection.
Custom icons and branding become the subtle layer that instantly connects people to your ethos and brings your brand to life.
In a multi-floor, multi-building environment, that layer becomes a cohesive thread that carries identity across wayfinding, environmental graphics, and spatial cues to create a unified, memorable experience.
For LinkedIn's HQ, we reimagined their brand icon as a spatial object. This allowed us to create a system of custom applications that extend and integrate their iconic logo throughout the space.
Oasis by day, disco by night.
For JuneShine Oasis, we translated an iconic drink into a 360° festival environment—
sun-soaked and easygoing by day, with after-party energy flowing through the night.
A space that evolves with the crowd,
and hits just as hard as the first sip.

Hand-painting the icons that uniquely tell your brand's story so you don't have to.
Here's a fun one we made for @juneshineco 's summer festival circuit.
In the spirit of The North Face launching its first-ever circular design product line, we utilized fully recyclable materials to recreate their iconic jacket.
Designed to be quickly taken down and recycled, the structure relies on cuts, folds, and interlocking pieces, making post-consumer cardboard not just a choice, but the system itself.
Designed to be flat-packed and assembled without glue, fasteners, or power tools in under 24 hours, this piece reimagines The North Face’s iconic Nuptse Jacket through a material-driven lens.
Modular units echo its quilted construction, translating insulation and compression into a structure that frames the brand’s archive within a zero-waste system, where material, method, and history converge.
