I honestly think spring might be the most underrated season in Norway 🌿 The waterfalls go absolutely crazy this time of year. There’s still snow in the mountains, but down in the valleys people are already swimming and sitting outside in the sun. You can literally ski in a t-shirt and swim in the fjord on the same day 😅 And I love that summer hasn’t fully started yet. There are still moments where you can have places almost completely to yourself before the tourist season kicks in. Everything just feels a bit more alive again after winter. People are happier, the days get longer, and it finally feels like adventure season is back ☀️ #Norway #VisitNorway #explorewithjohan

Gygrestolen in Telemark is one of my favorite viewpoints in Southern Norway. It’s a 2–3 hour hike, but the rock formation at the top makes it worth every step. Feels like standing at the edge of the world. Share this with someone you’d take here 🗻 #visitnorway #Norge #explorewithjohan #gygrestolen

Fjellhaugvatnet (or lite Bali) is a quiet mountain lake you don’t just stumble upon. The water here is stunning! Share this with someone you’d bring here 🙌 #visitnorway #Norge #explorewithjohan #fjellhaugvatnet

Most people don’t realize that some of Norway’s freshest vegetables come from Vestfold 🌱 Ad @tonsberglivet We visited @bjertnaesoghoel to learn more about local food production and why Vestfold is often called Norway’s vegetable garden 🇳🇴 A huge amount of the vegetables sold across Norway are actually grown right here. What I found most interesting is how much focus they put on sustainability, soil quality, and growing fresh seasonal produce as locally as possible 🚜 Makes you appreciate local food in a completely different way. Would you choose local? 👀 #Vestfold #Tønsberg #LocalFood #VisitNorway #ExploreWithJohan

Mikaelshulen near Skien (close to Oslo) is a hidden cave that feels like stepping into another world. You can reach it via a short hike from the parking area. The trail is not too long, but it gets a bit steep towards the end. What makes this place special is the cave itself. Standing inside and looking out over the landscape gives you a completely different perspective. It’s quiet, a bit mysterious, and definitely one of those spots not everyone knows about. Skrova in Lofoten is a small island that’s easy to fall in love with. Take the ferry from Svolvær, and everything is within walking distance. Climb Skrovafjellet for one of the best views in Lofoten. Share this with someone you’d island hop with 🌊 🚁 : @philip_halv #visitnorway #Norge #explorewithjohan #skrova

Skjervsfossen near Voss is probably the easiest wow-stop you’ll ever make. You park right next to the waterfall, no hike needed. It’s powerful, loud and impossible not to stop for. And the viral toilet is just on top of it😉 Share this with someone who loves easy adventures 🙌 #visitnorway #Norge #explorewithjohan #skjervsfossen

BEFORE YOU GO!!⛔️⚠️ This is 📍Marmoralottet outside Mo I Rana, in Northern Norway! It is a truly stunning place, but remember to take off your shoes before walking on the Marble stones. Bringing dirty shoes ruins the beautiful white marble floor of the river… And ofc remember to leave the place better than you found it!😉 #marmorslottet #norge #reise #visitnorway #moirana

HOW TO PLAN YOUR TRIP IN NORWAY!🇳🇴🗺️ When planning my trips in Norway, I usually start by checking where the weather is expected to be good. I focus on a few of my favorite locations across the country, including: - Åndalsnes in Northwest Norway, - Andøya, Lofoten, Senja and Tromsø/Tromsølyngen in Northern Norway, - Odda and Voss in Western Norway, - Egersund and Kristiansand in Southern Norway, - and Rjukan and Vågåmo in Eastern Norway. Once I’ve identified which of these favorites has the best weather, I plan my route accordingly. These places always tends to offer a fantastic experience, no matter which route I end up taking. Save this video for you next adventure and share it with your travel buddy! #norge #norway #visitnorway #travelnorway #travel
