Views from Wasaga Beach ✨ Located within Wasaga Beach Provincial Park, you’ll find the Oxbow Dunes along the Nottawasaga River. These are one of the largest uninterrupted parabolic dune systems in Ontario! There’s approximately 700 different types of plants and 230 species of birds within this fragile environment. @wasagabeachpp has over 30km of trails to explore, a 14 km long beach and ample opportunity to explore in every season. While this is a day-use only provincial park, it definitely doesn’t disappoint with things to do and see! Definitely add this one to your bucket list if you haven’t already. . The Town of Wasaga Beach’s annual Easter Eggstravaganza returns Sunday, April 5, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Wasaga Beach RecPlex, and this year’s celebration comes with a magical twist straight out of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory! The Easter Egg Hunt begins at 11 a.m., with separate areas for Little Bunnies (ages 0–6) and Big Bunnies (ages 7+). Participants are encouraged to bring their own baskets and keep their eyes peeled — because a Golden Ticket could be hidden in any egg. 🐰🌸🐥☀️

Did you know that Wasaga Beach has its own version of the Big Bend Lookout? It’s super easy to access with parking steps away from this stunning view. If you’re looking for a fun late winter hike, try this one. We had warm weather, a quick rain storm and then the fog rolled in and the forest was magical. #exploreontario #travelontario #ontariohikes #discoveron
