What started as a Friday filled with nature walks, fresh ocean air, and plans for an ocean plunge quickly changed into fever, shortness of breath, emergency department check-ins, CT scans, blood tests, and hours of waiting

Definitely not how I imagined today going. Life can change direction so quickly sometimes

For now, Iâm focusing on getting answers, resting, and hopefully feeling strong enough to get back to the beach and the outdoors again soonđ¤
