Through blending gabber, idm, techno, spoken word and field recordings, Talita crafts her very own sound. 𝄃═𝄂𝄂 ̼͙̈́͆̈́ͯ̒̆̀̓ͧ͠ Claude Murder is a unique figure on the French hardcore scene, embarking on a new solo chapter after making his mark with the Casual Gabberz collective. Very excited to welcome @medulasa aka DJ Netflex as our guest for @karlfroye ’s Voicemania release party coming soon @stationgaredesmines ̶̭͔̈́͐̐́̈́̚͝.̵̡̡̞̤̭̪̩͝ͅ.̶̯̻̯͖͙͎͓̄ DJ Netflex is the ambient gabber project of Bunny Kay-Traynor, a multifaceted artist from Wigan, UK. They merge classic 91-92 style early hardcore/gabber with modern ambient music to give life to an oxymoron. They seek the sweet spot between the pulse and heat of gabber and the stillness of ambient finding a balance between the two that aims squarely at dancefloor bliss. ᯓ‎𝄞 ˎˊ˗ KarIfroye’s note: I discovered DJ Netflex a few years ago through their project Medulasa, which immediately struck me with its incredible way of blending hardcore and ambient music. They’re one of the producers I play the most in my sets, whether in clubs or podcasts. I love what I call their “narrative” approach to hardcore, they build these soft, epic melodies that feel like they’re telling a story, only to have them completely shattered by heavy kicks that snap you back to reality.
