Saturday February 7th at
@livewirelounge in Chicago, IL.
A night of sludge and sacrilege swiftly approaches us. Four heavy bands wielding an unholy tenebrosity unearth themselves onto the stage of
@livewirelounge with disgustingly low, slow, riffs that will have the most devout worshipper questioning their faith. On this night we pray to the gods of sludge and doom for that maybe we might feel something other than complete despair.
Starting off the night Psythøn (claiming to be the loudest band in Chicago) will bless your soul with some of the sludgiest psych riffs nestled into a bed of stoner bass tones and heavy rock drums. Don't fight it, just let it consume your soul.

Exosphere will continue the carnage with a unique blend of progressive sludge and heavy psych. Expect complex guitar tones, nasty blends of harsh and clean vocals, noise, and the feeling that we are already living in a dystopia.

Lungsplitter will emerge with resin stained souls and bloodshot minds for more sacrilegious sludge metal with huge stoner riffs, crushing snare hits, and a mix of blackened and guttural dual vocals. All Hail In Hale!

Plague of Carcosa finishes off the night strong with 10 years of Cthulhu doomnoise concentrated into one stage. This band brings constant and unforgiving walls of sound that drones and dooms. Their recent LP release "In The Dreamless Deep" perfectly showcases their experience and growth since their genesis in 2016. Prepare for unrelenting sustain, otherworldly tone, and a rhythm section that smooths everything out into what is Plague of Carcosa.
