Happy 33rd Bday to Me! Honestly just thankful to still be alive I was trying to remember my 32nd bday the other day and I couldn't. Just because my body was in so much pain and I was still truly healing. So I think I just deleted it from my brain. All I want to do is create more art for myself. Continue to do readings and help people find a path in themselves. Eat bomb food and sit in my home with @k_sthomp and Rio and watch the rain. I've learned that life is definitely what you make it. Today marks the 1 year anniversary of the day I should of died. The car accident shattered my left leg my femur and my hip I have gone through many surgeries to stabilize my leg So many surgeries... So much rehab So much PT And so much pain Pain is my new normal It honestly feels like it was yesterday Time is non existent for me always has been Can't tell what day it is or even the month It all just flows together at a certain point Yesterday I woke up with this weight on me I couldnt explain it It just feel like my body was heavy and I was afraid Like the accident was happening again in my body Even though I was just laying still in bed The body remembers The body holds trauma It got the best of me yesterday But now im here I am alive I learned to walk again I learned to dance again I learned how to love myself even more I learned that I cant just survive but thrive as well I want to say thank you to all of you I would not be here without your support I will never forget the funds to help me and my family To the meals that kept us full with gratitude To the visits and check ins I love you all I am still adjusting to my new normal Each day it gets a little easier When I was bleeding out I just kept thinking I dont wanna die I dont wanna die I still have so much to do So here I am Ready for whatever the future holds Life may be crazy But I will always find a way 🙏🏿💙 Happy still alive day to me :😁

Happy 10th Birthday to Rio! When @k_sthomp said she wanted a dog all those years ago I never thought we would end up with someone as wild and brilliant as you. You have brought so much light to our lives especially on the hard days. I never once thought in my life i would be connected the way that I am to you. I love your love for potatoes especially in the form of french fries. I love that you sleep next to me and when I play music you know its time to go outside. I crack up at how fast you are especially you jumping from chair to chair like you are a cat. Its been a wild ride my favorite boy. Thank you for looking after me when i couldnt walk as well always by my side. I felt your concern especially since you didn't know what was going on.Heres to many more birthdays and cant wait to see you eat your pancakes later!
