Lately I’ve been learning to stop talking down on myself just because things aren’t going the way I planned. I used to think every setback meant I was failing or falling behind, but honestly, I’m starting to realize that not everything is supposed to happen right away. Some seasons are meant to stretch you, teach you patience, and help you grow into the person you’re becoming.
I’m learning to give myself more grace instead of being my biggest critic all the time. Just because things feel hard right now doesn’t mean they’ll stay this way forever. Every lesson, delay, and challenge is still part of the journey, even when I don’t fully understand it in the moment.
At the end of the day, I know I’m going to get where I want to be. I just can’t quit on myself while I’m getting there.
To pouring love into everything I do. To waking up in a new town, finding a local coffee shop, coming back, and creating all day. To building a life where I can bring all the things I love with me wherever I go-creating, exploring, slowing down, and fully living no matter where I am.
I don’t think I’ve ever stuck to one style.
Some days I want patterns.
Some days it’s heavy texture.
Other days just bright, solid color.
