If you’ve been to Exile the last 4 or 5 years, you’ve likely noticed our pop section is always bursting at the seams. We love having all those albums here for our customers and appreciate all the help you’ve given pointing us in the right direction with it. In fact, in the coming months we plan to expand it yet another crate!
Anyway anyway anyway. It is with great pleasure that we can now announce we are one of the handful of record stores participating in the midnight sale for the new @oliviarodrigo album “You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl so in Love”!
At the stroke of midnight as June 11th turns into June 12th, we will be playing the new album and selling them to you at the first second YOU, her adoring fans, can get their hands on it.
Man oh man do we love this idea, as this used to be a thing in the golden era of CD sales in the 1990s. Some of us here remember heading to Record Service and waiting in line for Faith No More’s new “Angel Dust” album, or at Periscope for “Use Your Illusion 1 & 2” by Guns N Roses. Meeeeeeeemories…..
Ok sorry. Getting sidetracked again.
