Along the way, discover the history, architecture, and culinary creativity that make the Exchange District one of Winnipeg’s most unique destinations.
🪄 Tours run Thursdays throughout the summer from 6:00–8:30 PM, starting in June.
📩 Bookings are already available on our website.
Historic bones. Modern life. The Exchange is having a moment 🏙️
New lofts are rising from old warehouses. A rooftop sauna at 127 Bannatyne. A 125-year-old building turned into 31 stunning apartments — fresh enough to win a Heritage award. Parlour Coffee nearly doubling its space. A brand new bakery on the way 😍
🤔 But what really makes this neighbourhood? The people who walk to their coffee shop, bring their dog to Juba Park, and actually know their neighbours.
We sat down with residents, developers, and business owners to get the full picture of what’s happening in the Exchange right now — and where it’s headed 🪄
