Shane, Ryan, and RocĂo represented the team at the August Open, coming away with two first-place finishes and one second place. Shane and Ryan both made a strong impression in their first competition, lifting brilliantly on the day. RocĂo had a standout performance, taking 1st place in her class, hitting PBs on all lifts while competing in a lower weight class, and earning 2nd Best Lifter overall.
A fantastic day for all three with PBs, milestones, and plenty to build on from here.
A fantastic performance from Andrew at his first international competition. Prep wasn’t without its challenges, moving abroad for several months, managing pain and cutting leading into the meet. Nevertheless, he navigated every obstacle thrown his way and capped it off with a really strong performance on the platform (plus a successful 300kg 4th attempt deadlift in the warm up room lol). A well-earned result and a very proud moment!
A great weekend for the team at the July Open, with a mix of first-time competitors and more experienced lifters on the platform. It was a strong showing with PBs across the board, valuable experience gained and multiple podium finishes. Really proud of the effort and attitude from the whole group, great momentum to carry forward!

A great weekend at Junior and Sub-Junior Nationals, with six lifters representing the team. Everyone hit PBs across the board and we came away with multiple podium finishes. It was a successful outing and a reflection of the hard work each lifter has put in. Very proud of the effort and composure shown—there’s a bright future ahead for this group. Looking forward to building on this momentum.
