Before the long Midsummer Celebration holidays, our Engineering Hubs colleagues gathered and shared traditional snacks and drinks. Indoors this time, as the weather just isnāt switching to summer mode yet.
But with all the flowers, oak, and linden leaves, the smell inside was enough to make us feel like we were in the meadow. We even got a little snail helper!

Last Friday, we had a game celebration for Sofia Engineering at a Retro game bar. That means all the games available were there for a fun night out. Quiz, Tekken tournament, arcade games, pool, darts, and a lot of great moments together. š²
Whether itās a corporate gala or an employee picnic, office parties are a great way to show appreciation to the team. Thus every quarter in Warsaw Hub we celebrate the end of an important projects/games which were presented at the beginning of the event.
Itās a perfect time for celebration, and one way to show our support and excitement for colleagues and moreover itās an important part of building office culture.

On May 18, over 100 Evolutioneers gave it their all at the Rimi Riga Marathon!
Congratulations to all the runners, as well as:
- Jelena Kopasova and Aleksandrs Drizlionoks for tackling the full 42km together,
- Janis Gredzens and Paula Marija Romanovska for finishing in Top 40 in their groups running the Half-marathon,
- Nensija Kalnina and her loyal running buddy Rufuss ā his third time representing the EVO team!
And of course, a huge shout-out to all the brave, soaked, and smiling runners who made this event unforgettable.

Evolution Engineering in the house. Recently, we went to a career fair in Sofia, organized by our partners from Arc Academy. The primary focus was on creative roles such as designers and animators, so we had no choice but to mingle all day with such talented and young individuals.
On April 11, National Pet Day is celebrated around the world. Weāre marking the day with Pet Poster Galleries across the Engineering Hubs, allowing our pets to steal the show (as they always do) ā dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and even a gecko! š¶š±
Remember to give your pet a hug today and thank them for being a daily source of laughter, comfort, and joy!
Warsaw IT Days (WDI) is an iconic event of the Polish IT and Data Science community, which gathers over 10,000 people every year. With a diverse format of presentations and a wide range of topics, there is sure to be something for everyone at WDI. As last year Evolutionās booth was crowded with potential candidates.
Whether you want to be on-site or just watch online, itās worth joining - not only for the knowledge, but especially for the fantastic people who have made up the WDI community over the years.

Earth Day is coming up in April, but Evolution Engineering colleagues in Latvia launched a nature-friendly initiative as early as March. We gathered to decorate birdhouses and then hung them on trees around the office ā with the supportive help of @skanstescity Now, weāre patiently waiting for the birds to discover their new homes! šļøš”
