A year ago today, Omar and I took a leap and created something that started as just an idea—EVOLVE UNITED. We went back and forth on names, searching for something that truly reflected who we are and what we believe in. And then it happened organically… EVOLVE UNITED—a name rooted in personal growth, purpose, and our passion for uplifting others.
In just one year, we’ve watched this team grow. We’ve seen people show up for themselves, commit to their wellness journeys, and step into versions of themselves they didn’t know were possible. We’ve created opportunities, experiences, opened doors, and built a space where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
What makes this team special isn’t just the miles, the workouts, or the goals—it’s the people. It’s the way we cheer for each other, push each other, challenge each other, and stand side by side through it all. It’s the relationships, the energy, and the collective belief that we are stronger together.
This past year has been about growth- as individuals and as a team.
There is so much more ahead of us- we’re just getting started. 💫

Being volunteers at a trail running race is discovering that you can run with your heart too.
It means being there cheering for strangers who, mile after mile, end up becoming an inspiration.
While they conquer mountains, we help support dreams, encourage them through the hard moments, and share smiles along the way.
Because in trail running, it’s not only those who cross the finish line who shine… but also those who help make the journey possible.
This is how we experienced @cocodona250 and I’m so proud of all my teammates at @evolve_united because we were so coordinated, enthusiastic, happy, and united like the big family we are. 🙌🏻✨
